# PasteOrder

> PasteOrder is a Shopify app that turns purchase orders from a merchant's wholesale and B2B buyers into Shopify draft orders. Paste the order from an email or a chat message, or drop a PDF, XLSX or CSV, and every line comes back matched to a variant in the merchant's own catalog, priced from the buyer's price list, and checked for price differences, quantity rules, case sizes and stock. One click creates the draft order for the right company location or customer.

For agents: the pages listed under Docs below are plain Markdown, served at the same path as their HTML equivalent with a `.md` extension (for example `/privacy.md`), plus `/pricing.md` and `/faq.md`, which have no HTML twin. Fetch those instead of parsing the HTML. `/llms-full.txt` returns all of them in one request.

Key facts:

- Platform: Shopify (embedded app in the Shopify admin). App Store listing name: "PasteOrder: B2B & Wholesale PO"
- Inputs: pasted email or chat text, rows copied from Excel or Google Sheets, PDF with a text layer, XLSX, CSV. 10 MB per file, one file per order, up to 500 lines. Scanned PDFs and photos are not read yet.
- Matching: PasteOrder retrieves candidate products from the merchant's own catalog, and a decision model (Jev, by TypeSafe AI) chooses one of them or "none of these" with a probability. It cannot invent a SKU. Lines come back as Matched, Needs a look, or No match yet.
- Checks on every line: buyer price list and volume breaks, PO price differences, quantity rules (minimum, maximum, increment), stock with in-stock substitutes, case and pack sizes converted to units, products not in the buyer's catalog, duplicate lines
- Memory: corrections are remembered per buyer (shop-wide once three companies agree), and spreadsheet column mappings per buyer and header row
- Keyboard: ⌘/Ctrl Enter matches a pasted order; in the review, ↓/J and ↑/K move between lines, Enter confirms a match, 1, 2 or 3 picks one of the three closest products on the line
- Admin surfaces: "Create from PO" on the Draft Orders page, "Paste an order" on company pages, and a "PasteOrder source" card on draft orders it created
- A person approves every draft order. PasteOrder never sends invoices or completes orders; the draft opens in Shopify's own draft order page.
- Privacy: email addresses, phone numbers and tax IDs are removed before any text is sent for matching. Original documents are kept encrypted for 30 days by default (merchant can choose deletion within an hour, or 90 days). No access to order history.
- Languages: app interface in English, Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish. Purchase orders in English get full matching; Portuguese and Spanish purchase orders are read with catalog search only (every line comes back for confirmation) until each language passes the same accuracy bar on real orders.
- Pricing (USD, billed through Shopify): Free $0 for 25 draft orders a month; Starter $29/month for 300; Growth $79/month for 1,500; Plus $149/month unlimited (fair use) with priority support. Only created draft orders count. No overage charges: at the limit, review keeps working and creating a draft asks for an upgrade. Every plan has every feature.
